  • Pet and home sitting while you’re away

  • Transportation services (i.e., school pick-ups and drop-offs, airport transportation, etc.)

The LifeSquire Connect Process

LifeSquire Connect takes the work out of finding your next support staff employee. We will conduct customized searches to ensure you get the best-qualified person for your position. Here is what you get when you use us as your job placement service:

  • We will create a customized position job post (with your approval) and place it on top job placement sites to find the best employees for your position.
  • We will then comb through the resumes we receive. When we identify candidates that meet the initial criteria we’ve set, we will send 5-7 questions that help weed out candidates that are not the correct fit for you and check for things like good written communication, promptness, and schedule availability.
  • Once they have completed the questions, we will review them and schedule initial interviews with the best of the best candidates and our LifeSquire team. Our interviews are conducted with at least two members of our LifeSquire hiring team. During the interviews, we will create a report for each candidate.
  • After the interviews, we will send them the link to take the LifeSquire Personality Test. This test was created by a psychologist for LifeSquire to use specifically for hiring individuals in a support role. We will also ask them to complete the StrengthsFinder’s test. We have key strengths that we look for in candidates who fill these types of roles.
  • As soon as we feel like we have a potential fit for you, we will send over all of the information we have gathered and our own insights.
  • Once an offer is made, we will conduct a full background check on the selected candidate. The results can take anywhere from 12 to 72 business hours.
  • Your new employee is then eligible to enroll in our handcrafted assistant training program, LifeSquire Academy.
  • Your new employee will also be eligible to join the LifeSquire Association. This association will provide assistants with support and information on an ongoing basis.  Members also have access to our preferred vendors, insider tips, other assistants for help, and our team.

 

 

LifeSquire Connect: Frequently Asked Questions

What is LifeSquire Connect?

LifeSquire connect draws upon over eight years of experience to recruit the right employee to meet your individual needs. Our job placement program will recruit, interview, personality test, and more to ensure we find the right employee to meet your support staff needs. After the placement is completed, we include our LifeSquire Academy training to the new employee at no cost!

What do you get from each candidate? 

LifeSquire connect will provide the following for each potential candidate: cover letter, resume, a report from the candidates’ references, pre-qualifying questions and answers, LifeSquire Personality Testing Profile results, CliftonStrengths Assessment (formerly Clifton StrengthsFinders), an interview report, and background check.

The selected candidate will also be eligible to take the LifeSquire Academy assistant training program and will receive free membership into the LifeSquire Association as long as they remain in the placement position.

What do we charge?

Upon placement, a fee of 20% of the position’s annual salary is due. We do have a required minimum fee of $2,000.00. Should either party wish to terminate before completion of the placement, an hourly rate of $150 for any services will be assessed.

What if the candidate resigns or is terminated?

If the candidate leaves the company due to termination or resignation within 90 days of being hired and substantiating documentation is provided, a new candidate will be provided at no additional cost.

What is the flow of service?

The flow of service starts with an initial phone call or in-office meeting to determine what your ideal candidate looks like. From then on, we will follow-up weekly via email on how the selection process is going. Once the potential candidates are selected for your position, we will send you their informational packets and set-up an initial interview with you.
