In this session, we discussed the many facets of leading with emotional intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is your ability to manage your behavior in relationships by understanding emotions in yourself and others. Through building EQ you will develop self-awareness skills that will lead to increased problem-solving abilities and decision making. After the workshop, the audience is able to develop a deeper understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence and have the confidence to take action on building their EQ skillset.
