About The Presenter:
At the age of 19, Crystal Trowbridge coined herself as the Master Fort Builder and Professional Messmaker…to the children, of course. While she became the right hand to the parent and glue for the family, Crystal worked her way through university, earning her BS in Dietetics and never dreaming that the Nanny Industry is where she would land. A decade later, here she is, and on a mission. Crystal explored the globe with families, assisted others with life-altering transitions, and became known for her quick thinking and dynamic skillset adaptable to any age and place.
Tapping into her background in cognitive-behavioral therapy, nutrition, and holistic cooking, she led by example while pairing it with a bit of coaching of emotional intelligence and mindfulness along the way. These skills helped her lead in ways that were different, noticed, and almost radical. But most definitely not complex. The time came for her to fly on her own and create a more significant ripple.
Nanny Uprise was born in January of 2020 with the mission to empower 50,000 emotionally intelligent and mindful leaders within the home who change the way future generations love and treat one another. Creating a ripple through generations. Executing this mission by empowering the leaders to build a new legacy, creating natural leaders who lead with love, vulnerability, openly communicating, and standing up for what matters. What You’ll Learn:
In this session, we will discuss the many facets of leading with emotional intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is your ability to manage your behavior in relationships by understanding emotions in yourself and others. Through building EQ you will develop self-awareness skills that will lead to increased problem-solving abilities and decision making. After the workshop, the student will grasp the importance of emotional intelligence and have the confidence to take action on building their EQ skillset.
