A wonderful family is looking for an active, engaging + loving nanny to join their nanny team in a fully-staffed home on a beautiful horse farm in Kentucky!

The family is very busy with a 7-year-old boy (soon to turn 8), a 6-year-old girl and one-year-old twin boys. Spend your days swimming, playing soccer, and exploring the grounds while always finding new ways to engage the children in educational play!

An energetic nanny who can be flexible and proactive will thrive in this role. Both parents are busy professionals, so an organized and collaborative environment ensures that things run smoothly in the bustling and loving home. Candidates with a background in early childhood education are strongly preferred!

The family will provide private live-in accommodations for the nanny on the property and invite their nannies to join them on international and domestic travel. The schedule will provide 10-11 days off a month, and includes ten ~12 hour day shifts, and ten 24-hour overnight shifts every month. Schedules are flexible and created by the three-person nanny team. Medical benefits and 401K are available and offered.

Compensation is competitive and will range from $50,000-70,000 depending on the nanny’s level of experience. Start date for this position is as soon as we find the right candidate!
