Shenandoah (she/her) is the co-founder and CEO of Adventure Nannies, a nationwide agency dedicated to helping innovative families find the dynamic people who help their families flourish while they pursue their passions. She is a frequent collaborator within the industry and has been involved with the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies, International Nanny Association, Nanny Relief Fund, Entrepreneur's Organization, Hand in Hand, and The Institute for Families and Nannies. She is also a small business consultant who supports women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community in streamlining and skyrocketing their businesses. In a past life, she was a songwriter and touring musician. She lives outside of Asheville, NC with her partner and a small menagerie of pets.
