• Ages of children: 3-month-old infant and 26-month-old toddler
• Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
• Schedule: Full-time rotational schedule of 7 days on/7days off, with 24/7 on-call coverage, typical working hours between 8am-8pm, and overnight care when needed.
• Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $115-130k/year dependent on candidate experience. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: The family is open to providing a health insurance stipend or reimbursement, relocation assistance, and a vehicle for professional use.
• Live-in/Live-out: Live-in while on rotation, live-out while off rotation. The family has a guest room with a private bathroom available during on-duty shifts; this room may also serve as a temporary landing pad for a relocating candidate while they secure local housing.
• Other Notes: Northern California, Tahoe, or Reno-based candidates preferred; open to relocation with housing support available.

Their primary home is in Incline Village, with frequent domestic and international travel and extended stays in destinations such as San Francisco. The household is supported by a team that includes a housekeeper, chef, and another nanny, making collaboration and consistency between caregivers especially important. During active rotations, the nanny will be a true partner in both childcare and child-related household management—anticipating needs, helping with travel logistics, and reducing the family's day-to-day logistical load. As part of a fully staffed household, they will also be a thoughtful communicator and collaborative team player who works cohesively with the family's other nanny and household staff to provide consistency and exceptional care for the children.
• Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing children's areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, light pet care for the family's two dogs, packing for travel and relocations, and traveling with the family throughout the year. During travel, the family would also appreciate help with family laundry/tidying.
• While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who is based in Northern California or somewhere near Tahoe.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for infants and toddlers
• Experience caring for an infant and a toddler at the same time
• Prior ROTA or live-in experience or a demonstrated ability to manage and thrive on a 24/7 schedule
• Dedicated, career-focused nanny seeking a long-term professional placement
• Travel experience
• Ability to travel with the family throughout the year
• Ability to live-in while on duty and live-out while off duty
• Confident, experienced driver comfortable safely navigating mountain roads and driving in heavy snow and inclement winter weather
• Valid driver's license and passport

• Partners, family members, and/or pets cannot be housed in any temporary or long-term accommodations provided by the family
