Company Description‍

Adventure Nannies is a nationwide private recruitment firm that helps families’ big and busy lives run smoothly by guiding them through the process of hiring and onboarding nannies, private educators, and newborn care specialists. We change families’ lives by giving them permission to set a higher bar for the lifestyles they can give their kids and themselves by raising the bar on what can be expected from a nanny or childcare provider. We are a fully remote team who connects in person 1-2 times a year with employees in Colorado, Washington, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Indiana, West Virginia, Texas, California, Oklahoma, D.C, and the Philippines. We are a Certified B Corporation that measures purpose over profit and are committed to making an impact in the lives of everyone we touch - and we’ve been written up in Forbes, Marie Claire, New York Times, and CNN to name a few.
