- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week, with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm or similar.
- Compensation: The family is offering $45-50/hour based on the 40-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $93,600 - 104,000/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.

Now almost 4 months old, their baby girl is the center of their lives. She is a sweet baby who smiles at you whenever someone is taking care of her, most especially during diaper changes and feeding times. She is already eager to learn and curious about the world around her. They also have two furry friends: a cat, who is a seasonal troublemaker, and a super-friendly dog, and are hoping for an animal lover to join their home.
- The family lives in a nice and quiet neighborhood. As a family, they enjoy neighborhood walks and are currently following the baby’s cues. Both Mom and Dad work hybrid and may be home throughout the week. They are happy to offer support as needed. Both parents want to live to their best potential and want that for our baby as well. They will encourage her to chase her dreams boldly and enjoy the process, no matter the result. At the same time, they want to enjoy each other’s company while exploring the world together.

The perfect candidate is highly experienced with infants and confident in planning age-appropriate activities, tracking developmental progress, scheduling playdates, and driving to baby classes. The family is seeking a professional and knowledgeable nanny who takes pride in being a nurturing and capable presence in a child’s life. They are hoping to build a lasting relationship with a nanny who will grow alongside them and become a trusted part of their daughter’s early years.
- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the child to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks, including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing children’s areas, occasional errands, and coordinating activities.
- While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has a background in early childhood education (ECE) or child development.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for infants
- Valid driver's license
- Dog and cat friendly!
