This fun-loving Los Angeles family is seeking a creative nanny to guide their 12- and 9-year-old children through school, activities, and travel adventures.
- Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA
- Ages of children: 12 and 9 years old
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: The family is open to either a traditional or 4-7 day ROTA schedule, depending on the candidates’ preference. Candidates can expect to provide 24/7 on-call availability for the rotational schedule.
- Compensation: The family is offering an hourly rate which equates to an annualized base compensation of $110-$150k/year.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing paid sick days, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
- Live-in/Live-out: Live-in during rotation, live-out while off duty. A private bedroom or bathroom within the family's home will be provided. This position is only open to candidates already living in, or willing to relocate to, Los Angeles.

Their sweet, playful 9-year-old son enjoys spending downtime at home and a few extracurricular activities. Both children lead an active lifestyle and enjoy playing and dancing together around the house. A confident, patient, nurturing, and engaging candidate will thrive in their company!

While the weekdays are often busy, the family enjoys spending some of their summers in the Hamptons and vacations both domestically and internationally. - Responsibilities include supporting the family and children as needed by providing on-call support on working days, providing a safe and warm environment for the children to learn and grow, assisting with homework and before-and-after-school routines, child-related housekeeping, children’s calendar management, inventory, and light organization projects. During school hours, the candidate will be responsible for family-assisting-type tasks and collaborating with team members to ensure the children and household are well cared for!
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Comfortable preparing basic meals for children
- Travel experience
- Able to swim and care for children in water
- Experience working in a team or fully-staffed environment,
- Knowledgeable and confident in supporting children with ADD/ADHD
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport
- Dog-friendly and willing to support light pet care
- Living in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA
- Ability to live-in while on duty and live-out while off duty
