Multi-Residence | Intuitive NCS Wanted For Well-Traveled First-Time Parents

These travel-loving, first-time parents are seeking an intuitive newborn care specialist to provide 24/7 support and create a calm, nurturing start for their newborn.

  • Location: Miami, FL, San Francisco, CA, London, and Costa Rica, with heavy international and domestic travel.
  • Ages of children: May 25, 2026
  • Contract dates: 12 weeks of 24/7 care beginning on or before May 25, 2026
  • Schedule: 12 weeks of 24/7-hour care
  • Compensation: The family is offering an hourly rate of $45-50/hr, which equates to a total  compensation of $90,720-$100,800 range for the 12-week contract.
  • Live-in/Live-out: Live-in. Accommodations are provided in all locations.

  • These adventurous, travel-loving first-time parents are excited to embrace this new chapter and are seeking a dedicated newborn care specialist to join their care team as they navigate life with their newborn. The newborn care specialist will provide consistent, all-around support, including maintaining routines, supporting early milestones, and providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care. As first-time parents, they value guidance and collaboration and are eager to learn from an experienced candidate while establishing a nurturing environment for their child.
  • The family leads a dynamic, global lifestyle and frequently travels throughout the year, visiting their multiple residences, taking trips for business and fun, and spending time on a private boat and planes. They are currently supported by a fully-staffed household, including a chef, housekeeper, personal assistant, chief of staff, and a full-time nanny with whom the candidate will closely collaborate. Both parents are busy and often in and out of the home, and would love to work with a candidate who can smoothly integrate into a private, fast-paced household environment.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys collaboration and teamwork, working effectively alongside a rotational newborn care specialist while contributing their own strengths and maintaining a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
  • The family leads a dynamic, travel-heavy lifestyle, so a candidate who is truly travel-ready and genuinely excited to join the family and their adventures. Plans may shift due to the family’s professional and travel demands, and the right candidate will be flexible with the family’s schedule if needed. The role is suited for a candidate who can read the room, stepping in confidently when needed while also knowing when to step back. A proactive and supportive mindset is key, with a willingness to help and support the family whenever needed. A newborn care specialist with high emotional intelligence and a naturally calm, grounded presence will be an excellent fit for this role. The ideal candidate intuitively strikes a thoughtful balance between engaging with the family and respectfully giving space, creating an environment where everyone feels at ease. The family values someone who can seamlessly integrate into their busy, fast-paced lifestyle, bringing a supportive, steady presence without overwhelming energy or unnecessary formality.
  • Responsibilities include creating a nurturing and safe environment for the newborn to thrive, as well as other child-related tasks, including prepping and sanitizing bottles, the baby’s laundry, tidying the nursery, and generally bringing a supportive, all-hands-on-deck, collaborative attitude to each day.  

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant professional experience (as a newborn care specialist, night nanny, or doula)
  • Experience working as a newborn care specialist and/or doula with at least 5 families
  • Professional knowledge of every aspect of newborn care—including feeding, bathing, dressing, and sanitizing bottles—combined with experience in sleep conditioning, establishing routines, and monitoring developmental milestones.
  • Newborn care specialist training, preferably through Newborn Care Solutions or another CACHE-accredited program
  • Travel experience
  • Able to swim and care for children in water
  • Experience working in a team or fully-staffed environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid passport
  • Partners, family members, and/or pets cannot be housed in any temporary or long-term accommodations provided by the family
