Household dynamic:
- This warm, grounded, and easy-going family of three is seeking a nanny/family assistant to join their home and care for their growing toddler. At 1 year old, he is bright, social, and endlessly curious. He absolutely lights up when being read to, sung to, or when he is surrounded by activity. He is crawling all over the place and observing everything, and absolutely lights up when he’s around children. His parents take him to the library, the little gym, music, and group classes, and he thrives in exploring new experiences and social situations. Their little one currently participates in early intervention for physical and occupational therapy about every other week and would benefit from a compassionate and supportive presence at home. The family also shares their home with their beloved sweet dog.
- Dad works from home in a dedicated home office, while Mom currently stays at home and is deeply involved in her son’s care and early development. Mom hopes to welcome a trusted partner who can work alongside her on maintaining a well-running household and creating space for her to rest, recharge, and pursue her passions and interests. Aside from their primary home in Park City, they also have family homes in the Bay Area and Hawaii, and would love to travel there more often as they settle into a new rhythm with a trusted nanny on board. The family describes their home as relaxed and flexible, with days spent in lively days where Dad might play guitar for their little one or join in for a bit of play before settling into work, and slower, chill days enjoying time together as a family. This loving home is also supported by a chef on weekdays who helps them prepare their food for the weekend.

- This position is ideal for a safety-conscious, trustworthy, warm, and intuitive nanny/family assistant who can support the family and be a consistent, loving presence in their son’s life. This person should enjoy reading with him, singing, and creating opportunities for him to learn and grow through everyday moments.

The ideal candidate will approach each day as a thoughtful team player who is organized and proactive and is willing to help with daily logistics, household tasks, and occasional errands to keep the home running smoothly. The family connects best with someone who has strong emotional intelligence, an upbeat spirit, and a natural ability to read the room. Someone who knows when to be playful and animated with their son and when to bring calm, quiet energy to the home and give the family space to recharge and match their energy will be a wonderful fit! The family hopes to travel often to their homes in the Bay Area and Hawaii and would love to find someone excited to travel with them and join in on family adventures!
