• Compensation: The family is offering $45-60/hour based on the 50- hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $117,000-$156,000/year dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.

Consistent naps, mealtimes, and bedtimes are the foundation of every day, as they have found that strong routines are exactly what allow them to embrace spontaneity and adventure when the moment calls for it. The family also shares their home with an adorable dog, so comfort with pets and willingness to provide light pet care is essential.
• This is a multicultural home with deep Brazilian roots and strong ties to England, where Portuguese is spoken alongside English, and both daughters are growing up immersed in both cultures. One parent works both in and out of the home, while the other has a demanding professional schedule, so they are looking for a confident, self-directed nanny who can keep the girls' days running smoothly. They are highly attuned to each child's individual needs and are looking for a nanny who is equally perceptive, anticipating those needs while providing thoughtful, developmentally appropriate care. Collaboration and communication are essential in supporting this busy household, and the nanny should be comfortable working closely with the family and other household staff. They would love to welcome someone with travel experience who genuinely enjoys exploring new places and embraces travel as part of the role.
• Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, managing the children’s laundry, organizing children’s areas, occasional errands, drop-off and pick-up, before- and after-school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
• While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate with experience in family assisting or household management and working on a team or in a fully staffed environment, knowledgeable and confident in supporting children with ADD/ADHD, and who is comfortable preparing meals for the entire family. Fluency in Portuguese is a huge plus! The home is bilingual, and the family would love to support their children's language immersion through daily interactions.

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Valid driver's license
• Valid passport
• Travel Experience
• Willing and able to travel with the family throughout the year
• Able to swim and care for children in and near water
• Dog-friendly and willing to support light pet care
• Up to date on MMR and Tdap vaccinations
• Partners, family members, and/or pets cannot be housed in any temporary or long-term accommodations provided by the family
