This loving, values-driven family in Preston Hollow is seeking a professional and energetic nanny to support their 1-year-old and nurture a long-term bond.

• Location: Preston Hollow, Dallas, Texas
• Ages of children: 1 year old
• Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 45-50 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 or 5:30 pm. Flexibility to work until 6:00 pm if needed from Monday to Thursday will be key!
• Compensation: The family is offering $35-50/hour based on the 45-50 hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $86k-143k/year dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule.
• Benefits: The family will provide benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance.  The family is open to providing a stipend for unscented products for a candidate to use.

• This position is ideal for a nurturing, professional, and highly dedicated nanny who is passionate about fostering the early growth and development of a curious toddler! Someone who genuinely enjoys promoting a child’s developmental milestones, delights in engaging learning through play, and brings an intentional approach to daily care. The ideal nanny is incredibly responsible, professional, and attuned to the needs of the child. The family will appreciate someone who takes initiative and genuinely invests in their child’s well-being, becoming an integral part of this dedicated household.
• Responsibilities include creating an environment for the child to grow and thrive, light housework, child-related household tasks, including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, and coordinating activities.
• While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has house management or family assisting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in child development, nursing, or a related field, and/or an early childhood education (ECE) background.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for toddlers
• Comfort with preparing basic meals,
• Comfortable working in a fragrance-free home
• Valid driver's license
• Valid passport
