Exceptionally Dedicated, Energetic and Kind Nanny Needed For Ambitious Dallas Family

This loving, values-driven family in Preston Hollow is seeking a professional and energetic nanny to support their 1-year-old and nurture a long-term bond.

• Location: Preston Hollow, Dallas, Texas
• Ages of children: 1 year old
• Start date: As soon as they find the right fit! 
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 50 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Flexibility to work until 6:00 pm if needed from Monday to Thursday will be key!
• Compensation: The family is offering $35-40/hour based on the 50 hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $100-114k/year dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule.
• Benefits: The family will provide benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance.  The family is open to providing a stipend for unscented products for a candidate to use. 
• Live-in/Live-out: Live-out

• This ambitious, loving and structured family is seeking an energetic and exceptionally dedicated nanny to play a pivotal role in their son’s early years. Their cheerful and curious 13-month old is the central focus of their home, and they are seeking a nanny who will provide consistently attentive, high-level care, and contribute meaningfully to his developmental journey with warmth, reliability, and grace. To promote a healthy environment for their son, the family kindly requests that screens and personal devices not be used during working hours.
• Both parents are attorneys who work partially from home in dedicated office spaces. Experience working within high-net-worth households, and comfort with in-home and exterior security cameras, is preferred. The family maintains a wellness-oriented lifestyle, adhering to a Paleo diet and a fragrance-free environment. A nanny who understands and respects these values—and is comfortable operating within them—will be most aligned with their home.

Ideal Candidate: 

• This position is ideal for a highly dedicated, energetic, and kind professional nanny — someone who takes initiative, brings a positive presence to the home, and is truly committed to going above and beyond to support their family. The ideal candidate is also exceptionally clean, has a high attention to detail and is incredibly responsible, professional, and attuned to the needs of the child. 
• The nanny will oversee all aspects of the child’s daily care, including preparing nutritious meals, maintaining organized play areas, and thoughtfully managing all child-related tasks throughout the day. During the baby’s current three hour daily nap, the nanny will also complete one household responsibility each day, including: ironing the baby’s and mom’s clothing once per week, washing and prepping fresh produce for the family once per week, and ironing the baby’s and parents’ bedding once per week. (Once a future second child arrives, the nanny's role will shift to a solely focus on childcare, as a mother’s helper will be brought in to support household duties. The family currently has a team of housekeepers that service the home as well.)

Qualifications: 

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Experience working in a HNW household
• Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for toddlers
• Comfort with preparing meals and respecting the family’s dietary preferences
• Comfortable working in a fragrance-free home, and in a home with interior and exterior cameras
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Valid passport
