This fun, multi-residence family seeks an organized, professional, and travel-ready rotational nanny who is confident in nurturing their growing infant and working collaboratively with their fully-staffed household!
- Location: The family is based in Miami, FL. They also split their time between Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ.
- Ages of children: 5 months old (as of April 2025)
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time rotational schedule of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off with 24/7 care while on duty.
- Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $125-150k/year, dependent on the candidate's experience and the full benefits package. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
- Live-in/Live-out: Live-in on rotation. A private bedroom and bathroom will be provided during working weeks.
- Other notes: The family is open to considering candidates flying in and out for their rotations if the candidate is within a ~ 3-hour or less non-stop flight from Miami. They prefer to hire at least one candidate who is local to Miami or open to relocating to the area.

- The family has a fast-paced lifestyle and splits time between their homes in the Northeast and South Florida. From May through October, they’re in Philadelphia and Long Beach Island, and from October to May, they call Miami Beach home. Adaptable, on-the-go candidates who are excited to join them on their family adventures will be an excellent fit! Mom loves being hands-on with nap times and bath times and would love to work with a candidate who knows when to step back and allow for one-on-one time with her little one while also being ready to step in and assist around the house when needed. This fully-staffed home includes a chef, a household manager, a personal assistant, and security personnel. A team-oriented nanny who thrives in collaboration and is confident in partnering with both parents and household staff will be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have experience and confidence working in staffed homes and will be highly attuned to the infant’s needs. The family looks forward to working with a proactive nanny who holds professional boundaries while collaborating with the parents and other staff.
- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the child to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
- While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with candidates who speak Spanish fluently, have experience working in a rotational role, have a background or degree in ECE, and/or are local candidates.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for infants through toddler age range
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Experience traveling with families and children
- Fully-staffed home or team-oriented role experience
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
- Someone who is within a ~ 3-hour direct flight or less (no flying-in/out from the West Coast)
- Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
