An active, team-oriented family of four in Bay area is seeking an experienced nanny to join their household and support their two children.
- Location: Atherton, CA
- Ages of children: 4 and 3 years old
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, rotational schedule of 1 week on/1 week off. Typical working hours will fall between the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm. Flexibility for 24/7 coverage during the on weeks will be key!
- Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $124-135k/year, dependent on the candidate's experience and the full benefits package. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family will provide benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and a vehicle for professional use.
- Live-in/Live-out: Live-out. The family may be open to offering a housing stipend.

- This kind and active Bay Area family is seeking an experienced, outdoor-loving rotational nanny/family assistant to join their team and care for their two adventurous children, ages 4 and 3 years old! They are a tight-knit, team-oriented family of four who love spending considerable quality time together. Their charming girls are 15 months apart and the best of friends. Their parents describe them as active, curious, creative, and kind! The girls love taking adventures to the woods to see the animals and hike while Mom and Dad trail run. They would love assistance in enabling these adventures! They have two beloved family cats, so pet friendliness is key.
- As a family, they love to travel and hope to take more international adventures with their nanny alongside them. They spend more than ten days per quarter in Hawaii and plan to travel more (domestic and international) as their girls get older. Both parents work from home in separate home offices. They would love to work with a candidate who thrives in a team-oriented household and can work well with the family and other household staff, including a co-Adventure nanny. The family is hopeful to find a long-term match!

The ideal candidate will also be a highly detail-oriented nanny/family assistant, with strong organizational skills and a readiness to step in and support the family and the household.
- Responsibilities include both childcare and family assistance tasks. Childcare responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks, including—but not limited to—meal prep, tidying, organizing children’s areas, occasional errands, before- and after-school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year. Family assisting duties include running errands, light meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, and household organization.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with preschool-age children
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
- Pet friendly! Willing to support light pet care
- Family assisting experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Valid passport
- Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19
