• Location: Cleveland Park in Washington, DC
• Ages of children: 1-month-old, 3 and 6 years old
• Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 50 hours per week, with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm/6:30 pm. The family would love to work with someone who can collaborate with their existing team to support school holiday coverage, occasional weekends, evenings, and travel with advance notice.
• Compensation: The family is offering $35-40/hour based on 50 guaranteed hours per week, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $100-114k/year. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
• Live-in/Live-out: Live-out preferred in DC. The family is open to providing a landing pad and discussing live-in options for the right candidate.

• While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has a background in early childhood education (ECE) or a child-related degree.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Comfortable preparing basic meals for children
• Able to swim and care for children in water
• Experience working on a team that collaborates with other staff and parents
• Experience working with children with ADD/ADHD
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
• Pet-friendly
• Vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
