This dynamic, globally minded family in San Francisco, CA is seeking a confident, proactive, travel-ready nanny to care for their three children.

• Location: Cole Valley, San Francisco, CA
• Ages of children: 9, 6, and 4 years old
• Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. The typical weekly schedule will be Monday - Friday from 2pm to 8pm, with the additional 10 guaranteed hours being held for occasional evening/overnight care and/or weekend shifts scheduled with advanced notice.
• Compensation: The family is offering $50-55/hour based on the 40 hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $104-114k/year dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
• Live-in/Live-out: Live-out. The family is happy to offer a guest room in their home as temporary accommodations for someone who is relocating to SF for the role.

• This dynamic, globally-minded Bay Area family is seeking a nanny to support their three active children! The family has an energetic 9-year-old boy, a spirited 6-year-old girl, and a curious 4-year-old girl, each with distinct personalities. All three children are in school, with both girls attending French school. They have full, engaging schedules with a variety of different activities, interests, and needs. Sports and time outdoors are a big part of their family life. Their weeks are often filled with activities like soccer, baseball, lacrosse, swimming, tennis, golf, and horseback riding. The candidate will help support a busy afternoon and evening rhythm, keeping routines steady and days running smoothly for all three.
• Both parents have busy professional schedules, including increased in-office work, evening commitments, and travel. The household is warm, professional, and well-staffed, with an existing full-time nanny already in place. This role is collaborative by design, and the candidate will work alongside the family’s current nanny to ensure consistent, thoughtful support for all three children. Travel is a central part of this family’s life, and they love introducing their children to new places and experiences. They travel domestically and internationally throughout the year, including a winter trip to Utah and extended annual trips to France, and hope to find someone genuinely excited to join their adventures. The family is looking for a long-term partner in care who can grow alongside them.

• Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive; child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing children's areas, occasional errands, supporting homework, sports, activities, and age-appropriate independence; coordinating activities, managing after-school and evening routines, before- and after-school routines, packing for travel, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
• While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who speaks French and has experience working in a team or with co-nannies, and comfort and willingness to meal prep and cook dinners for the family.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Knowledge and experience with pre-school through elementary-aged children
• Experience working with multiple school-aged children at a time
• Able to swim and care for children in water
• Experience traveling with families and children
• Valid driver's license and comfort with city and highway driving
• Valid passport
• Partners, family members, and/or pets cannot be housed in any temporary or long-term accommodations provided by the family
