Household dynamic:
- This loving, organized family is seeking a nanny/family assistant to join them. The two older children are both at school during the week. They have a beautiful bond and truly adore each other. The baby has a newborn care specialist supporting the early months. The nanny/family assistant will initially care for the older children and support with light family-assisting tasks. Over time, responsibilities naturally expand to include the baby.
- Both parents are hands-on and family-oriented, and deeply value creating a calm, peaceful, and loving environment for their children. They prioritize kindness, curiosity, learning, and positivity, and adore family traditions, staying organized, and having predictable routines, while also enjoying fun moments. The family loves health and wellness and traveling, but also values quiet time at home. Despite leading busy professional lives, both parents value structure, routine, and clear communication. The family also travels for a few weeks throughout the year. They are hoping to work with someone who wants to be a part of their team, collaborate with a highly involved mom, and help their household run smoothly.
Ideal candidate:
- This position is ideal for a kind, calm, thoughtful, and team-oriented nanny/family assistant who truly wants to grow with the family. The ideal candidate is warm, friendly, and brings a steady, positive energy into the home, creating a peaceful and nurturing environment for the children. Someone who is naturally team-oriented and thrives in a collaborative dynamic, confidently partnering with a hands-on, work-from-home parent while also knowing when to take the lead independently. A nanny/family assistant who is highly intuitive, someone who can read the room, seamlessly stepping in and out as needed, and balancing autonomy with respect for shared parenting moments, will be an excellent fit.
- The family is seeking a nanny/family assistant who is adaptable, reliable, and proactive in anticipating the family’s needs and supporting an organized home. A communicative and perceptive nanny/family assistant who responds well to feedback is essential. The family is excited to welcome someone who genuinely enjoys children and wants to help them grow, learn, and feel safe and loved, and hopes to find someone who will complement their family, become a trusted presence in their home, and work with them as a true partner in raising their children.
- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks, including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year. Family assisting duties include running errands, light meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, returns, tidying common areas, organizing, opening boxes, coordinating vendors, and managing the family calendar.

- Knowledge and experience with infants and toddlers
- Experience caring for multiple children
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport
- Travel experience
- Able to swim and care for children in water
- Partners, family members, and/or pets cannot be housed in any temporary or long-term accommodations provided by the family
