• Start date/Contract dates: ASAP, the sooner the better
• Schedule: Full-time, 40-50 hours per week guaranteed. The family is open to discussing the exact flow (e.g., M-F with occasional evenings or Saturday mornings) to ensure a sustainable and productive rhythm.
• Compensation: The family is offering $40/hour based on the 40-50 hours/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $83,200-$114,400, dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children.
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods of time throughout the year
• Able to swim and care for children in water
• Dog-friendly
• Partners, family members, and/or pets cannot be housed in any temporary or long-term accommodations provided by the family
