This active Winter Haven, Florida family seeks a positive, learning-oriented nanny to support their three children.
- Location: The family lives on a lakefront farm in Winter Haven, Florida
- Ages of children: 3, 7, and 10 years old
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Sunday through Thursday. The candidate will work Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Compensation: The family is offering $40-43/hour based on the 40-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $83-90k/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401k contributions, a vehicle for professional use, a housing stipend, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
- Live-in/Live-out: Open to live-in or live-out. For candidates living in or needing a landing pad, a nanny suite, separate from the main house with a large bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette, will be provided.

Their 7-year-old is the family’s athletic powerhouse - staying active with baseball, basketball, and football. He’s known for his exceptional running abilities and has a big heart, especially when it comes to his sisters. The youngest, at 3 years old, is smart, funny, and loves being the center of attention. Her vibrant personality adds an extra layer of joy to their home. All of the children attend private school full-time. The family is deeply committed to education and personal growth and is excited to welcome a nanny who shares this commitment and fosters their children’s overall growth and development with this in mind. They also have a friendly and playful dog and a reserved cat, so someone comfortable working in a pet-friendly home is essential!
- The family loves living on a beautiful 14-acre lakefront farm and enjoys the convenience of living close to town while having plenty of space to roam! They lead a vibrant and dynamic household where both parents have successful entrepreneurial careers while being actively involved in their children’s lives. Dad loves making the children’s breakfast, coaching their sports team, and engaging in various outdoor activities with them. Mom is highly involved in their children’s school as a board member and participates in various school programs. Together, the family spends much of their time having fun and staying active at home - they love riding four-wheelers, dirt biking, saying hello to the horses next door, and enjoying watersports on the lake, as well as golfing, horseback riding, and going on winter ski trips. They frequently travel throughout the year, spending several weeks at their resort home in Florida, going on ski trips, and visiting North Carolina and Atlanta. They would love to work with an adaptable, outdoor-loving nanny who shares their passion for outdoor activities and is excited to join their family adventures at home and while away! A team-oriented nanny who can work well with the family and other household staff is key.

- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
- While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has family assisting/house management experience, is open to preparing meals for the entire family, and/or is excited to grow into a role at their family office.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with pre-school through elementary-age children
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to take on family assisting tasks
- Travel experience
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
- Pet-friendly!
