• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week, with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the understanding that the daily schedule can shift mid-day and flexibility is an important part of the role.
• Compensation: The family is offering $48-$53/hour based on a 40-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $100-$110k range.

Their kids are a lively bunch spanning a wide age range: a 10-year-old girl, an 8-year-old boy, a 6-year-old boy, and a 2-year-old girl, with the day-to-day role focusing 80-90% on the younger two and offering occasional support to the older children or various combinations of all four. The three older children attend school during the day, while the youngest attends preschool in the mornings, so much of the role centers on child-related household support earlier in the day and providing a warm, reliable "home base" during after-school hours. Their 6-year-old son has ADD and can be sensitive at times, and the family has found that calm, positive reinforcement and thoughtful little systems make all the difference for him. No two days look quite the same in this household, so the family maintains a shared calendar for each child to help the nanny know exactly what to prep for the day ahead.

• At least 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Experience traveling with families
• Comfortable caring for children with ADD/ADHD
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Calendar and other calendar and organizational tools
• Valid driver's license
• Partners, family members, and/or pets cannot be housed in any temporary or long-term accommodations provided by the family
