This playful, globally-minded family seeks an experienced, confident rotational nanny to help maintain an organized, loving environment across multiple East Coast homes and during travel.

- Schedule: Full-time, rotational schedule of 2 weeks on followed by 2 weeks off. Candidates can expect to work between the hours of 7am and 7pm with 24/7 on-call availability required during on weeks. Flexibility for evenings, travel, and occasional overnight shifts during the rotation will be key for the right candidate! Candidates can expect flexibility in the schedule, and based on travel and personal schedules, rotations can sometimes be between 7-14 days.
- Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $125k/year. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.

Health insurance stipend and relocation assistance will be provided after a 90-day trial period, or 3 full rotations - whichever comes first. Candidates who are not local to Miami will fly in/out for their first 3 rotations, and if family is happy with performance and wants to continue with the arrangement after the 90 days, a relocation package will be offered.
- Live-in/Live-out: Live in while on rotation. The family will provide either a private room in the family's home or a hotel/private room while traveling. Live out during off weeks.

Household dynamic:
- This globally minded family is seeking a rotational nanny to support their household and care for their playful, energetic children. Their kids, at 2 and 4 years old, love interactive and engaging activities, including playing at home, visiting museums, and exploring parks. Their little ones are respectful, sweet, and spirited, each with a unique personality. They are fun-loving and thrive on routine and gentle consistency. The family has recently welcomed their third child, who is currently cared for by a newborn care specialist. The candidate will be responsible for full childcare for their two older children and for helping them with their daily routines and developmental play, before eventually adding a baby to the mix!
- This entrepreneurial and philanthropic family leads a fast-paced lifestyle while fostering a warm and welcoming energy in their home. Travel is a significant part of their rhythm, and the candidate is expected to support these travels. Discretion, nutrition, and personal growth are highly valued in this household. This well-organized home also employs a chef, housekeepers, and a long-term rotational nanny. The older children are learning Spanish alongside English, and while not a requirement, they would love a candidate who is conversational in Spanish to support the kids’ continued language development and knowledge.
Ideal candidate:
- This position is ideal for an experienced rotational or travel nanny who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage the family’s demanding schedule. The right candidate should be highly organized and structured in their day-to-day approach, focusing strongly on routine - something the children thrive on. A candidate who is warm and loving yet firm on their boundaries will be a wonderful fit. Over the next 9 to 12 months, the family anticipates needing transitional care for their youngest child, so comfort working with children at the infant-to-toddler developmental stage is essential. The family hopes to work with an intuitive candidate who can read the room and naturally step in and step out whenever needed. Someone who can anticipate the family’s needs and instinctively pick up loose ends that other household or family members haven’t finished will be an excellent fit. The whole team prides itself on being detail-oriented and ensuring everything is clean and organized. A candidate who embraces a see-a-need, fill-the-need mentality in the role will excel.
- The ideal candidate is proactive and happy to go above and beyond, whether that is helping with light family assisting tasks, supporting Mom during her postpartum recovery, or simply making breakfast for Mom if they’re already making something. Since the family travels frequently domestically and internationally, they are eager to work with someone who is travel-savvy, adaptable, and confident managing transitions and logistics on the go. A candidate who can maintain consistency and structure in new environments will thrive in this role. This is a collaborative home, and someone who brings calm confidence, consistency in their care, and reliability will feel right at home.
- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, with primary focus on all child-related household tasks, including but not limited to light meal prep, tidying, organizing children’s areas, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
- While not a requirement, the family would love to work with a candidate who has a background in working with neurodivergent children.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- ROTA experience
- Extensive travel nanny experience
- Flexibility to travel domestically and/or internationally with the family
- Familiarity with a fast-paced environment and demanding schedule
- Comfortable working with multiple children at various developmental levels
- Spanish knowledge (fluency is not required)
- Strong preference for a background in working with neurodivergent children
- Valid passport
- Valid driver's license
- Live-in while on duty and live-out while off-duty
- Partners, family members, and/or pets cannot be housed in any temporary or long-term accommodations provided by the family
