
This globally-minded family in the Castro District is seeking a proactive, communicative nanny to care for their 4-month-old and grow with them on their parenting journey.
- Location: Castro, San Francisco, CA
- Ages of children: 4 months old
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 45 hours per week, with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm.
- Compensation: The family is offering $45-50/hour based on the 45-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $111-124k/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, and a health insurance stipend for the right candidate.

- This internationally rooted family resides in the sunny hills of San Francisco’s Castro neighborhood. Both parents work from home in a dedicated office and are regularly in and out of the home. The family also enjoys traveling 2-4 weeks throughout the year, with an upcoming trip to Asia planned this October. A travel-ready nanny who is excited to join the family adventures and excels at providing exceptional and dedicated childcare while traveling will be a wonderful fit!

- This position is ideal for a proactive, action-oriented, and self-starting nanny who takes joy in fostering a young infant's early growth and development! The family values excellent communication and is excited to partner with a candidate confident in sharing childcare ideas and expertise, from suggesting baby gear and best practices to supporting developmental milestones. Comfort with all aspects of infant care is essential, including feeding, soothing, nap, and bath times! The family seeks a true team player who is happy to step in whenever needed to support childcare and light family assisting duties. They hope to work with someone who wants to grow with them long-term and become a valued member of their family.
- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the child to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks, including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing children’s areas, occasional errands, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
- While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who speaks French or Mandarin, holds a bachelor’s degree, and/or has travel experience.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for infants and toddlers
- Comfortable preparing bottles and basic meals as the child grows older
- Pet friendly!
- Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, Tdap, and the flu
