Household Dynamic:
- This warm, upbeat San Francisco-based family is excited to welcome a caring and passionate nanny/family assistant to support them in caring for their two young children. Their 4-year-old attends preschool three days a week and is a naturally curious, engaged learner who loves exploring the world around him and thinking through situations with intention. His 2-year-old brother is finding his voice and delights in hugs, climbing, exploring, and social play—he’s especially drawn to balls, books, swinging, and connecting with others. Both boys are outgoing, energetic, and thoughtful, and they thrive with empathetic guidance, loving boundaries, and lots of playful interaction. The family also has a calm, sweet dog, so comfort around pets is a must.
- One parent regularly comes and goes throughout the day, while the other is based at home full-time. The family loves to travel during school breaks, often spending time at their homes in Aspen, Canada, and Cabo. They’re seeking someone adaptable, confident, and experienced in supporting families on the go. Their home environment is rooted in mutual respect and trust, both within the family and with their household staff, which includes a housekeeper. A candidate who thrives in team settings and fosters warm, collaborative relationships with both the family and staff will feel right at home here.
