Household Dynamic:
- This upbeat and fun-loving return Adventure Nannies family is seeking a warm, nurturing, and self-motivated nanny/family assistant to support their evolving household! They have three loving children. Their 5-year-old daughter is described by her parents as very independent and curious. Beginning this fall, she will attend kindergarten at a new school on the other side of town. Their 3-year-old is bubbly and silly. Both older children love to swim, play outside, create art, and listen to music, and are described as being sunshine personified. They also have an adorable 6-month-old brother. In addition to their three children, this family has one large dog at home. Someone who is comfortable working in a dog-friendly home and is willing to support light pet care is important!
- These dual-career parents seek to foster an accepting, loving environment in their home and look forward to working with a nanny with a similar level of warmth and openness. One parent works from home most days of the week, and the other is regularly in and out of the house. Beyond their professional careers, these parents like to stay active and social by spending time with friends and family, going for hikes, and playing in the park. They lead an on-the-go lifestyle and enjoy traveling with the kids, spending six weeks on Fishers Island over the summer, and traveling for ski or beach vacations during school breaks. A candidate who is eager to join in on their family adventures will be key! The family will appreciate someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a strong team spirit while working closely with the family and other household staff, including another full-time Adventure Nanny, who works in the afternoons and evenings, and a part-time Nanny.

- This position is ideal for a loving, driven, and proactive Nanny/Family Assistant who is excited to support a dynamic household and genuinely enjoys working with curious, spirited children! The family seeks someone passionate about fostering their children’s overall growth and development, whether it’s supporting their daily activities or guiding key development milestones. The ideal candidate for this family will lead with love, bringing a playful, proactive, solutions-oriented approach to both childcare and family support. A nanny/family assistant who is confident in making thoughtful suggestions and comfortably adapting to a fast-paced environment will thrive in this role. The family values a candidate who excels at anticipating the family’s needs and taking the initiative, while also being receptive to direction when needed. The candidate will work closely with both parents and other household staff. Someone who demonstrates strong communication skills, adaptability, and a true team player attitude will be essential. The family is looking forward to working with a candidate who brings “go-getter” energy, strong organization, and a genuine desire to make the family’s daily lives smoother.
